The job holder will be responsible for managing the cancellation of passes, legal stay and repatriation of migrant workers; supporting the Cancellation & Repatriation team in running its daily operations efficiently and effectively; and implementing policy/operational processes to support the integrity of the Work Pass framework.

What you will be working on
• To supervise and lead a team of officers in managing security bond and migrant workers’ legal stay requirements. This includes ensuring proper cancellation of Work Passes and the successful repatriation of foreign employees
• To enhance and automate workflows through system enhancements or automation tools, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• To formulate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to align with new policies and manpower transformation initiatives
• To contribute to or lead projects on system and/or process enhancements, including reviewing functional specifications and conducting User Acceptance Testing
• To conduct data mining and analysis to support planning and operational implementation of processes, where required

• Able to adapt to an agile and fast paced environment
• Candidates with data and IT skillsets are preferred
• Be proactive in problem solving, adaptable in dealing with different situations and able to handle multiple portfolios/tasks
