The job holder will be part of a dynamic team that manages the cancellation of passes, legal stay, and repatriation of foreign workers. They will be responsible for supporting the Cancellation and Repatriation Section in running its daily operations in an efficient and effective manner; and implementing initiatives to support policy and service delivery outcomes.

What you will be working on
• Supervisor day-to-day work pass cancellation, workers’ repatriation and Security Bond operations, ensuring the team achieves the required policy and service outcomes.
• Review, design and implement initiatives, leveraging AI, software robotics and backend system automations, to meet policy and service goals, while ensuring operational efficiency. This includes reviewing rules and processes, devising user stories as well as collaborating with IT teams and other stakeholders to conduct user tests Devise and maintain relevant process documentation and guidelines to support implementation of policies and manpower transformation initiatives.
• Mine data to identify emerging patterns and anomalies and use insights to recommend improvements for operational efficiency or service experience.

• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Able to adapt to an agile and fast paced environment
• Candidates with proficiency in data and automation competencies (e.g. data analytics, python, SQL, data visualisation) would be advantageous
• Be proactive in problem solving, adaptable in dealing with different situations and able to handle multiple portfolios/tasks
