The E(S) of the Student Services and Fundraising Department works closely with the ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to coordinate the support services for ITE students. He / She reports to an Assistant Director.

What the role is
What you will be working on
The appointed candidate will be assigned duties and responsibilities within this scope of work:
- Handle administrative tasks for ITE Community Scholarship and MOE Government Bursary processing.
- Prepare documentation for MOE grant claims, top-up/appeal claims and refunds from students who withdraw from the programme.
- Compile data for periodic reporting requirements to MOE and relevant agencies.
- Liaise with Ministry of Social and Family Services Development (MSF) in supporting ComLink+ students.
- Other areas to be assigned, including collaborating with cross ITE Divisions for routine MOE data streaming project tasks.
What we are looking for
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to details, and adept at time management
- Adept in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint and management of data which require submissions to other agencies.
