IPOS is strengthening its enterprise organisational development capability to support workplace transformation. As Assistant Director (Organisational Development), you will lead the design and delivery of organisational development (OD) and change strategies that enable major enterprise-level initiatives to succeed. You will translate strategic priorities into clear organisational solutions by aligning structures, operating models, governance and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable outcomes. This is a hands-on enterprise role requiring both strategic thinking and practical hands-on execution.

What you will be working on
What You Will Do
• Develop and implement enterprise OD and change frameworks to support workplace transformation priorities.
• Partner clusters, departments and programme teams to assess organisational impacts and design effective organisational solutions for major operational, digital and workplace initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on organisation design, operating model alignment, governance clarity, stakeholder risks and change sequencing.
• Design and drive structured engagement and communication approaches to strengthen alignment and sustained adoption across IPOS.
• Build sustainable in-house OD and change capability through playbooks, toolkits and advisory support. Where required, lead external consultants to strengthen internal capabilities and embed long-term OD practices within IPOS.
What we are looking for

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in OD, enterprise change or transformation roles.
• Track record supporting organisation-wide or multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably within or in partnership with the Singapore public sector.
• Strong understanding of organisation design, operating model implementation and change adoption methodologies.
• Ability to operate independently in a lean environment and engage senior stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and decisions.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting or cross-functional transformation environments will be an advantage.
