The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various divisions and levels within our organisation. He/she should be able to commit for minimally 6 months until December 2026.

What you will be working on
a) Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
b) Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including candidate identification, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
c) Represent the organisation at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer brand visibility and attract quality candidates.
d) Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and company policies whilst maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
What we are looking for
Work Experience and Knowledge
• 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Public Service.
• Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Competencies
Have demonstrated the following HR competencies:
Policies, Processes & Legislation:
• Understand and apply HR policies, processes and legislations to the organisation and employees.
• Communicate key points of, and rationale behind HR policies and processes to employees and line managers.
Recruitment:
• Advise hiring managers on the principles of fair and objective selection practices.
• Shortlist suitable candidates to support hiring managers in the selection process.
• Perform pre-employment checks and put together employment contracts to selected candidates.
Behaviour Traits
• A self-motivated, results-driven and adaptable team player.
• Able to think clearly and make sound judgement.
• Able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates sensitivity and empathy in handling HR issues.
