Temp Exec/Snr Exec (SwimSafer)

Role & Responsibilities: • Support MOE SwimSafer 2.0 administration and coordination of assessments during the transition period, including liaison with MOE schools and service providers on registration, scheduling, and operational matters. • Support SwimSafer records and data management, including participant administration, stakeholder coordination, and certificate processing/issuance • Lead administration and coordination of SportSG SwimSafer 2.0 Support Remediation Programmes for MOE student participants who require re-assessment, including registration, tracking of student outcomes, and coordination with instructors, MOE schools, and Singapore Aquatics (SAQ). • Lead SwimSafer public education, communications, and outreach efforts, including social media content development and coordination of informational materials to improve stakeholder engagement, awareness, and understanding of SwimSafer policies, assessment requirements, and water safety initiatives. • Support the team with other SwimSafer administrative work and aquatics-related activities, including management of ad-hoc queries and coordination of technical or operational issues raised by stakeholders.

Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for general administrative tasks. • Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or swimming/aquatics. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders. • Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail. • Able to work independently.
