What the role is
The person will play a key role in administering the fund which includes fund allocation and disbursement, reporting and liaising with stakeholders.
What you will be working on
Key Responsibilitie:
Fund Administration and Budgeting
• Administer the fund.
• Manage disbursement and monitor utilisation of the fund in accordance to established policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the documentation, including records of fund disbursement, project status and outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and compile the project budget requirements, utilisation and project status for near-term and medium-term basis.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in monitoring the end-to-end fund application process, including project variation and termination.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, funding terms, and organisational goals.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferably with 2 years' working experience in fund administration, project financing, or grant management in the energy sector, statutory board, government agency, or non-profit organisation.
