What the role is

The Urban Redevelopment Authority is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support within URA.

What you will be working on

You will be involved in the following areas: • Provide full secretarial support services • Handle enquiries and requests, and liaising with staff from relevant Groups/ Departments and also people from outside the organisation • Monitor and follow-up from meetings and mails • Maintain document filing and records keeping • Upkeep calendar and arrange for meetings • Prepare and collate documents, papers, reports for meetings • Perform general administrative duties • Provide logistic support in organising staff engagement events • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we are looking for

Requirements • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of secretarial/administrative experience • Must be computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Possess a positive attitude and have an eye for details • Ability to multi-task and possess good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills • Able to work independently and in a team
