You are responsible for coordinating with contractors to manage simulator training resources, supervising Armour Simulation Wing (ASW) infrastructures and all Simulator Systems. This includes overseeing procurement and certification processes, and leading the implementation of new Armour Simulators while leveraging data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

What you will be working on
- Coordinate with multiple external and internal stakeholders on simulator requirements and specifications
- Supervise ASW infrastructures and all Simulator Systems to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee procurement and certification processes for simulator equipment and systems
- Lead implementation and operationalisation of new Armour Simulators
Challenge(s)
- Managing vast amounts of data requiring timely analysis to support informed decision-making
- Ability to process, interpret and translate data into actionable insights to enhance efficiency and organisational effectiveness
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems or Network and System
- At least 2 years prior experience in Simulators management or Network and System is preferred
- Ability to collect, clean, analyse and visualise data using tools such as Excel and Python
- Automation and digital workflow skills with capability to build digital forms, automate processes and integrate systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Tech savvy with capabilities in Excel, Google Collab, FormSG, Microsoft 365 Automate
- Adaptability to changes in dynamic technical environment
