What the role is

You manage and supervise the day-to-day operations in the Personnel Administration office by proactively providing Human Resource (HR) Administration services to tenant units in the Army camps.

What you will be working on

- Lead and manage a team as well as provide mentorship to develop support staff and NSFs - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of administration functions through engagement with various stakeholders across different units - Conduct performance appraisals for staff including Executives and NSFs and make key decisions on promotions and career pathways - Incorporate innovative thinking to improve work processes and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and task completion - Take corrective actions to optimise workload distribution and enhance team productivity Challenge(s) - Ensuring HR services remain relevant and effective while staying updated on constantly evolving HR initiatives and directions

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource is preferred - Relevant HR Admin experience is preferred - Competency in HR Information Technology systems, especially Systems Applications and Products (SAP) platforms - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong leadership and decision making skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
