What you will be working on
- Assist in performance management function across different service schemes
- Perform role of MDES Secretariat for ME1 to ME3 personnel
- Serve as Parent Personnel Management Centre for Medical/Dental Officers, including emplacement of junior ranks and administration of salary revision, performance bonus, merit increment and notional increment
- Manage enlistment of talents into respective programmes for different schemes of personnel
- Administer National Day Award nominations including Commendation, Efficiency and Long Service Medal for Military and Civilian personnel
- Staff submissions with minimal supervision
Challenge(s)
- Juggling various roles concurrently in a high tempo environment
- Understanding and applying policies for diverse range of service personnel across all service schemes
- Being accountable for accuracy of data as it has direct impact on service personnel's ranking, promotion and remuneration
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management or relevant field preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Good foundation in data management
- Mature and calm disposition
- Supervisory skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
