What you will be working on

Role & Responsibilities: • Support the Schools Programme Partnership and Engagement (SPPE) Team in the design and implementation of schools’ programmes to increase overall sport participation in schools, focusing on the implementation of Junior Sport Academy (JSA) programme through co-ordination with key stakeholders such as Ministry of Education (MOE), High Performance Sport Institute (HPSI) and ActiveSG Academies and Clubs. • Review and implement programme management processes and structures to ensure the smooth delivery of JSA programme. • Design and implement data collection methods and support the data analysis process for SPPE programmes. • Design and support schools outreach initiatives such as GetActive! Singapore, School Sports Fiesta, etc. • Support the co-ordination and administrative processes for SPPE programmes.

Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Relevant experience in programme planning and execution, and working with children/educators would be advantageous. • Believes in the value of sport for holistic development of children and youth. • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. • Possess a good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Meticulous, detailed and a good team player • Self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently • Learning and growing mindset
