What you will be working on

Plan and Manage ACE Group’s Budget: • Manage the overall ACE Group budget by coordinating with various parties, engaging Senior Management and Officers, monitoring budget utilisation, and advising on unforeseen surplus or shortfall. • Ensure ACE Group achieves budget utilisation benchmark and effective use of resources. • Analyse budget trends and utilisation by preparing monthly reports to aid decision making. • Ensure compliance with MOM and IM guidelines by adhering to financial and government policies and procedures and educating officers on finance principles and budget framework. Grants Management: • Oversee the full grant lifecycle management including identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications and agreements, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and funder requirements. • Achieve compliance to government policies and procedures. Compliance and Reviews: • Ensure finance processes of the ACE Group adheres to prevailing financial and government policies and procedures. • Perform reviews and updates where necessary

What we are looking for

• At least two years of relevant experience in finance/budget-related areas, with knowledge in public sector financing and governance • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels. • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. • Possess an inquisitive mind, meticulous in details and a good team player. • Good written, communication, presentation and IT skills are essential.
