As a member of the HR Planning and Analytics team you will be responsible for reviewing and developing conduct-related policies, conducting sensitive investigations into disciplinary cases and driving data-informed HR recommendations and processes through digitalisation initiatives and data analytics.

What you will be working on

  • Uphold NLB’s integrity and reputation through reviewing, developing and advisory of conduct & discipline policies and procedures as well as evaluation of ad hoc declarations
  • Investigate conduct & discipline cases and prepare case reports with recommended course of action
  • Drive initiatives that promote awareness of Code of Ethics and Conduct, along with HR digitalisation, through engagement, training and advising of stakeholders
  • Generate and perform data analytics on manpower reports and Workday dashboards/reports
  • Serve as overall custodian of NLB HR data reporting
  • Oversee annual exercises related to declarations and National Day Awards

What we are looking for

  • Preferably 2-10 years of relevant working experience in HR, and/or conduct management.
  • Strong tech literacy and familiarity/adoption of current tech tools including generative AI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good team player with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment

The successful candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract.
