The Senior Manager supports the Deputy Director for Marcomms to chart IMDA’s marketing and communications strategy, and orchestrate the delivery of impactful campaigns and outreach for IMDA’s policies, programmes and initiatives.

What you will be working on
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business/industry comms and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and effectively design integrated campaigns that drive results
- Support the Deputy Director in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet programme targets and deliverables (Includes print, digital, social, activations, partnerships and sponsorships)
- Work closely within the Comms & Marketing Division to harmonise plans and ensure coherence in IMDA’s narratives and campaign messaging with intended audiences
- Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns, inform policies and initiatives, as well as nudge behavioural change
- Provide strategic counsel to ensure that campaigns are aligned to IMDA’s strategic narrative
- Manage panels of vendors and service providers from the WOG approved contract framework
What we are looking for
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of working experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Background in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or related fields
- Experience in infocomm and/or media-related fields would be advantageous
- Adept at managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally, including media, creative and digital agencies
- Strong understanding of martech tech stacks and experience in digital-led marcoms campaigns.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven measurement of campaigns.
- Purpose-led and passionate to pursue best-in-class campaigns and work that drive results.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a strong usage of Microsoft excel for data analysis
