Description of Branch:
Partner and Capability Development Branch
The Partner and Capability Development (PCD) Branch focuses on building the collective capabilities of staff and partner agencies. The team seeks to enhance the coordination of common services, enabling integrated management of partners, vendors and related stakeholders.
Future Capability Development Section/ Sector Development Team
You will be part of the Future Capability Development Section/ Sector Development Team that oversees the capability building of the Rehabilitative Service’s sector partners, namely the Social Service Agencies that deliver pre-Court Diversionary Programmes and pre-Family Guidance Order (FGO) services, Voluntary Children’s Homes (VCH) and Hostels, and Responsible Gambling providers (RG). As part of capability building efforts, the Sector Development Team also delivers trainings to support sector partners in delivering services and MSF-funded programmes to clients.

What you will be working on
The jobholder provides case consultations to its partners on high risk and complex cases. He/she also ensures the relevance of the services and programmes in meeting the needs of the youth beneficiaries and upholds high service and programme standards delivered by its partners through strong engagement and capability development.
Job Description:
• Maintain oversight of high-risk and complex substance abuse cases, and provide consultation to partners, including risk and safety management consultation
• Ensure high programme and service standards by articulating assessment and case management guidelines
• Undertake partner engagement to improve collaboration
• Support partner capability building efforts
What we are looking for
Background and Experience Required:
• Background preferably in Social Work, Psychology or other related Social Sciences.
• Previous experience in social service sector, youth offender rehabilitation and/or family work.
• Relevant experience in case management operations planning, training, and/or partner management
Competencies Required:
• Strong case management skills
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving, conceptualising and planning ability
• Result-focused and able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Good team player
