What the role is

Project title: MOMA Learning Festival/HR Kaki Project Prepare and coordinate the (a) MOMA Learning Festival (Career Development Track 2) as well as the (b) subsequent roll out of HR Kaki 2.0 to other domains. To support the content creation and event planning in the lead up to these initiatives.

What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities: - Design clear and engaging content for MOM digital platforms including micro-site and MOM Academy Learning Festival. This includes electronic direct mailers, landing pages and social media channels to make career planning accessible and interesting - Create visually appealing infographics and copywriting creative assets that make complex career pathways easy to understand - Develop short features and produce career videos following the MOM Academy Learning Festival that showcase real career journeys and inspire employees - Handle logistics for the MOM Academy Learning Festival and support the team in designing engaging festival activities - Collaborate with the Career Health team to understand career development frameworks and translate them into user-friendly content that resonates with employees

What we are looking for

Requirements: - Currently studying Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Events Management, or related field - Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences - Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) - Basic video editing skills and experience with content management systems - Knowledge of SEO principles and user experience (UX) will be an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and details - Self-motivated with ability to work independently
