What you will be working on
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to ensure optimal performance of all facility equipment
• Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, including operational expenses and capital expenditure planning
• Implement technology integration and digital transformation initiatives to optimise facility performance and reduce energy wastage
What we are looking for
• Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in facilities management, engineering or related areas, and experience in leading a team to manage high-rise office buildings
• Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate, experience in managing workplace safety and health work
• Familiarity with government procurement processes would be an advantage
• An independent and effective team player with good interpersonal, communication and project management skills
