with the aim of enhancing employee engagement, teamwork, and organisational awareness and pride. You will also be involved in promoting HDB scholarships and internships, which includes outreach activities at Institutes of Higher Learning.

What you will be working on
• Implementing internal communication strategies and initiatives to support organisational goals and objectives
• Creating engaging content for different employee segments with focus on visual communication as a key enabler
• Developing and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms for optimal impact, including social, online and print media
• Implementing workplace safety & health/wellness/CSR initiatives and activities
• Shortlisting/selecting the right candidates for scholarship/internship and management of existing studying scholars
What we are looking for
• Good command of English
• Flair for writing for various communication platforms and media
• Some knowledge of visual communication tools like Photoshop, Powerpoint and Canva
• Ability to engage with people
