What the role is

You will support NYP’s communication and outreach efforts by creating and managing visual content across digital platforms.

This role is suited for a hands on visual designer who is also a strong project manager, able to oversee photo and video productions, manage visual assets, and support marketing and outreach initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing and social media teams, and external vendors to deliver high quality visual outputs that strengthen NYP’s brand presence and engagement.

What you will be working on

Design and produce visual content (graphics, photos and videos) for NYP’s inreach and outreach initiatives, events and campaigns.
Plan and manage end‑to‑end photo and video productions, from conceptualisation to post‑production.
Project manage assigned visual and/or marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop, organise and maintain a centralised media library to ensure visual assets are accessible, relevant and well‑catalogued.
Work with marketing and social media teams to support user‑centric, data‑driven digital campaigns.
Support and guide junior team members through on‑the‑job coaching and collaboration.

What we are looking for

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Visual Communication, Media, Design or a related discipline.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in visual communication, visual production, marketing communications or digital content.
Experience managing projects, vendors and multiple stakeholders is preferred.
