About EDB

About Innovation Economy division

The Innovation Economy division in EDB charts the agency’s vision towards an innovation-led economy by developing strategies to enhance the innovation ecosystem for foreign companies to create new products, services and businesses in Singapore.

What you will be working on

Job Responsibilities

Assist with the general administrative needs of the team as required, such as arranging meetings with external and internal parties, scheduling and social activities
Lead information and knowledge management of the team’s efforts and initiatives
Manage tracking of grant proposals for industry-public research collaborations
Support the team’s marketing efforts through event organisation, liaising with stakeholders and logistics support
Handle, interpret and utilise data via data software tools to support the team’s data analysis needs

What we are looking for

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualifications will be an advantage
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in general administration roles
Skillset in quantitative data analysis (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Python etc.) and marketing will be a plus
Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong team player in an agile environment who is versatile and open to learn, explore and experiment
Singaporean
