You will drive and maintain oversight of the product development journey, as well as review, enhance, and recommend new development processes and architectures to ensure agility, quality, and compliance with established enterprise IT frameworks and best practices.
This is both a digital and cybersecurity role, where you will balance digital demands with cybersecurity frameworks and controls to effectively govern the digital portfolio.

What you will be working on
You will be leading the development and integration of digital products across various enterprise environments, including modern no-, low-, and pro-code platforms. You will translate operational requirements into robust digital solutions, manage application architectures, and collaborate closely with business owners and engineering teams to maintain governance over development standards and the digital product pipeline.
What we are looking for
You should have a tertiary education, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in digital/IT project management, enterprise IT architecture, or digital transformation initiatives. You must possess good written and verbal communication skills, an ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and be a collaborative team player. Possession of certifications in project management, enterprise architecture, and/or business planning is advantageous.

The Military Security Department (MSD)’s core business is in Counter Intelligence and internal security for MINDEF/SAF. MSD was formed in 1975 to counter the threats of espionage, subversion and sabotage against MINDEF/SAF. It began with two main entities, namely the Counter Intelligence Branch (CIB) and Field Security Branch (FSB). Over the years, the department has continued to evolve and our roles expanded in tandem with the changing security environment. Today, our roles also include Counter Terrorism and Cyber Security.
