What the role is

You will be a trusted partner working closely with our planners, architects, engineers and other professionals, helping them navigate the dynamic legal landscape and contributing towards making Singapore an attractive global city for investments, businesses and talents to live, work and play in.

What you will be working on

As a team, you will provide legal advice and support to URA in all aspects of URA’s functions and operations. There will be ample opportunities to develop your legal skills as you will be assigned a diverse range of legal work, including: • working with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regulatory policies • drafting legislative instruments • providing legal advice on regulatory matters administered by URA • providing legal support on enforcement of regulatory offences • undertaking prosecution of regulatory offences • providing legal advice on commercial matters and drafting and vetting contract documents

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in law (LL.B) and called to the Singapore Bar • At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in legal practice • Prior experience in prosecution/criminal litigation is an advantage • Good analytical and communication skills
