What you will be working on
You will be joining the Outreach & Engagement team within the Development and Engagement Unit. The main role of the team is to build partnerships and implement the stakeholder and engagement strategies that will promote pre-planning and improve the adoption of the Lasting Power of Attorney, enhance the safeguards of Persons without Mental Capacity and support the reconciliation of families and resolution of family disputes.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:
• Implement the pilots and initiatives that will increase LPA uptake, including procuring relevant services
• Collect, consolidate and analyse data for evaluation of initiatives
• Support the team’s engagement efforts to promote pre-planning and IGS’ work including secretariat support during meetings
• Support the execution of key events through logistics coordination
• Manage IGS volunteers, including and not limited to obtaining required approvals for renewals and appointments
• Support the representation of IGS at events to share about the division’s work as part of public education
What we are looking for
• Meticulous, analytical, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and possess a good attitude to learn and adapt on the job.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning and using IT systems for data entry, verification, extraction, and analysis.
• Comfortable to engage people, with good communication and writing skills.
