What you will be working on
- Configure IT equipment to meet operational requirements
- Manage routine loan of IT equipment and provide administrative support and troubleshooting assistance with systems
- Advise DTCOM entities on IT-related matters, policies, and directives to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness
- Maintain comprehensive IT inventory records and track equipment deployment across multiple locations
Challenge(s)
- Managing the entire IT inventory list meticulously, including deployment tracking and maintenance across multiple locations
- Establishing and enforcing IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work processes for DTCOM
What we are looking for
- Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Prior working experience in IT-related appointments is preferred
- Good planning abilities and organisational acumen with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with leadership, fellow engineers, and ground users
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to travel periodically to different locations for equipment deployment and support
