You are responsible for the career planning of personnel in the Defence Intelligence Service (DIS) as well as facilitation of other career management matters.

What you will be working on
- Manage nomination of Route-of-Advancement (ROA), professional development courses and Continuing Education programmes for DIS personnel
- Administer various scholarship awards for part-time and full-time courses to support personnel development
- Provide clarification to HR partners on Military Domain Experts Scheme (MDES) ROA, Sponsorship and Continuing Education frameworks
Challenge(s)
- Working in a fast-paced office environment whilst meeting tight timelines for career planning and development initiatives
- Managing various stakeholders and balancing differing requirements across multiple career development programmes
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management or relevant fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of prior experience in HR, career management, or related fields is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess career development needs and opportunities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with personnel at various levels
- Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented approach to career management initiatives
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in all career planning matters
