What the role is

You are responsible for the career planning of personnel in the Defence Intelligence Service (DIS) as well as facilitation of other career management matters.

What you will be working on

- Manage nomination of Route-of-Advancement (ROA), professional development courses and Continuing Education programmes for DIS personnel - Administer various scholarship awards for part-time and full-time courses to support personnel development - Provide clarification to HR partners on Military Domain Experts Scheme (MDES) ROA, Sponsorship and Continuing Education frameworks Challenge(s) - Working in a fast-paced office environment whilst meeting tight timelines for career planning and development initiatives - Managing various stakeholders and balancing differing requirements across multiple career development programmes

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource Management or relevant fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines - At least 2 years of prior experience in HR, career management, or related fields is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess career development needs and opportunities - Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with personnel at various levels - Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented approach to career management initiatives - Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in all career planning matters (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
