What the role is

We are looking for a proactive and creative HR Intern (Branding, Communications & Events) to support HR branding, communications, and employee engagement events. The intern will assist with creating employee centric content, supporting HR led events, and providing general HR support as needed.

What you will be working on

Employer Branding & Content • Support employer branding efforts through content such as employee stories, short write ups, or simple visuals. • Assist with gathering content from employees (e.g. interviews, quotes, photos) to showcase workplace culture and experiences. • Adapt content for different platforms such as LinkedIn or internal communication channels. HR Communications • Support HR communications related to engagement activities, recruitment, or internal initiatives. • Assist in preparing communication materials such as slides, posters, EDMs, or announcements. • Coordinate content reviews and approvals with HR team members. Events & Engagement Support • Support the planning and execution of HR led events (e.g. employee engagement activities, onboarding sessions, recruitment or branding events). • Assist with event logistics such as coordination, communications, materials preparation, and post event follow ups. • Provide on site or virtual event support where required. Ad hoc HR Support • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc support as required by the team. • Support day to day HR activities to ensure smooth operations.

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Events, Business, or related fields. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in HR, branding, communications, or event support. • Organised, responsible, and willing to learn. • Comfortable interacting with people and supporting multiple activities. • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or basic video tools is an advantage.
