What you will be working on
As a member of the Service Strategy, Engagement & Resource Management Section, you will drive strategic communications across healthcare financing schemes to support members with their healthcare financing needs. You will also drive strategies and reviews to enhance governance, optimise usage and sustainability of the budget and resources supporting the Healthcare Finance Group, aligning finance policies and processes across diverse healthcare financing schemes and coordinating a community of budget officers within the Group.
In this role, you will:
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement effective governance and resource management framework, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various healthcare financing schemes administered by the Group.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand user values and needs, and translate these into service and engagement concepts, strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
• Drive ongoing improvements by reviewing processes, leveraging data, insights and feedback, as well as engaging in strategic stakeholder management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan, coordinate and execute cross-functional projects that impact the administration of healthcare financing schemes administered by the Group.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including the preparation, sense-making and collation of reports and presentation to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
What we are looking for
We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.
• Relevant experience in service strategy, resource management, or healthcare financing operations.
• Have experience in analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Have experience in process reviews and improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of statistical and visualisation tools such as Python, PowerBI, and GenAI would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Design Thinking or User Experience Design would be advantageous.
• Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking. • Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
• Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity of collated information.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
