You will be part of the Programmes Implementation team in our Singapore Water Academy Department. The Singapore Water Academy (SgWA) was set up on 15 February 2016 to better equip our PUB workforce with the technical know-how to perform their duties, and build new capability through centrally planned competency-based training and development. You will support the team in implementing training programmes and your main responsibilities include:

What you will be working on
• Support and liaise with trainers, training/service vendors and participants
• Manage training records, updating databases and preparing reports
• Assist in training logistics and administrative work for events and training activities
• Provide secretarial support to the Director of Singapore Water Academy Department
What we are looking for
• Diploma in Business-related disciplines
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Meticulous and organised
• Candidates with relevant experience are preferred
