You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote Whole-of-Government (WOG) products and services specifically to MINDEF/SAF users. What the role is
What you will be working on
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase product awareness and drive user adoption amongst MINDEF/SAF personnel
- Utilise generative AI tools to create high-quality marketing collaterals
- Develop engaging, bite-sized video content, graphics, and compelling stories while ensuring adherence and relevance
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators
- Apply data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaigns with organisational objectives and user needs
What we are looking for
- Education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms including email marketing systems, content management systems, and web analytics tools
- Experience with generative AI tools for content creation such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in interpreting marketing metrics, creating performance dashboards, and generating actionable insights from data
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Ability to develop innovative, targeted marketing strategies and create compelling, engaging content across multiple digital formats.
The traineeship will be for a period of 6 months. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
