What you will be working on
- Oversee curriculum development and periodic review of training programmes, aligning them with operational competency requirements
- Refine lesson plans, instructional strategies and assessment approaches to standardise lesson structures across units
- Develop and standardise pedagogical frameworks that integrate adult learning and blended learning principles
- Work with Institute's Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to incorporate sound pedagogy into digital learning platforms and enhance quality of digital learning materials
- Guide instructors on effective facilitation practices and drive adoption of modern learning methodologies
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance data whilst implementing structured evaluation mechanisms
- Identify opportunities for accreditation, certification or co-development with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) and industry stakeholders
- Advise leadership on training enhancement initiatives and drive learning transformation across multiple training units

What we are looking for
- Education in Instructional Design, Learning & Development or a related field
- At least 4 years relevant experience in curriculum development or training management is preferred
- Experience collaborating with LMS or digital learning teams
- Experience engaging external partners such as Institutes of Higher Learning or industry stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and communication abilities
- Team player with strong instructional expertise and ability to drive learning transformation
