What the role is

You will be attached to the Supreme Court Registry, which supports the Judges and Registrars in the administration of justice by providing administrative support for the effective and efficient management and disposal of civil and criminal cases in the Supreme Court, and fulfils the provision of Registry services, facilitating access to justice for litigants. The internship offers you opportunities to assist with the Registry’s database consolidation and process optimisation project.

What you will be working on

• Review existing statistical reports and data entry processes. • Identify areas of duplicate data entry and opportunities for streamlining statistical reports. • Assist in designing and implementing improved database structure and other duties.

What we are looking for

• Polytechnic student in the second or third year of study, who is pursuing Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Law & Management or related diplomas. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables). • Basic SQL knowledge preferred but not required. • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling. • Good documentation skills. The successful candidate will be appointed for an 8 to 12-week internship from April 2026 or based on the Registry’s operating needs and candidate’s availability.
