Career Development Policy and Management:
• Develop, review, and implement career development policies and frameworks specifically tailored for Information Officers. Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and evolving professional requirements.
• Conduct career counselling for officers and provide guidance on professional development opportunities. Assess individual competencies, aspirations, and potential to recommend suitable development programmes.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of career development initiatives and prepare regular reports on posting outcomes and other development programmes.
Postings and Attachments Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the systematic posting and attachment of Information Officers across various departments and agencies, particularly for overseas postings.
• Develop posting frameworks that balance organisational needs with individual career development objectives. Maintain comprehensive databases of posting opportunities and track the effectiveness of placement decisions.
• Collaborate with receiving departments to ensure smooth transitions and optimal utilisation of Information Officer capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination
• Liaise with agencies and Senior Management to understand staffing requirements and career development needs.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies to identify attachment and secondment opportunities that enhance Information Officer capabilities.

What we are looking for
Education and Experience: Preference for qualifications in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in career development, or talent management, preferably within the public sector.
Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with demonstrated experience in workforce planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Strong writing, analytical skills and stakeholder management skillss
• Ability to adjust to fast evolving environment, strong team player with good multi-tasking skills
