As Manager (Finance Process Transformation), you will drive digital transformation of financial processes through automation and optimisation initiatives. This role requires technical expertise in computer science or business analytics with strong Python programming skills.
Your scope of work will include:
• Automate financial workflows by analysing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing technology solutions. Develop automation strategies aligned with organisational goals and ensure seamless system integration.
• Design automated systems for financial report generation, compilation, and distribution of periodic reports. Establish monitoring and quality assurance protocols.
• Build automated verification workflows for finance transactions with validation rules. Develop exception handling mechanisms and audit trails. Implement real-time monitoring to flag anomalies.
• Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth adoption of automation initiatives.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, and chatbot development.
• Knowledge of financial systems architecture and reporting frameworks.
• Prior experience in financial process analysis and optimisation would be beneficial.
• Mature, well-organised, and meticulous with ability to manage multiple departmental priorities.
• Ability to collaborate within teams and coordinate with other units within the department.
