You will be attached to the Knowledge Management Office (KMO), which is a cross-court office that advocates knowledge as a strategic asset for the whole of Judiciary. Established in March 2021, it seeks to establish and implement common policies in Knowledge Management (KM) to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the courts.

What you will be working on
• You will be exposed to a wide spectrum of KM work based on KMO’s operational needs and your interests and skills.
• Possible work areas include project management and coordination, drafting KM related articles, designing the bi-annual KM newsletter and other materials for internal communications, data analytics work, creating intranet educational videos and chatbots.
What we are looking for
• Polytechnic/university students with passion for KM work and systems.
• Familiarity with Sharepoint, design work and IT would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be appointed for a 4 to 8-week internship from March to June 2026 or based on KMO’s operating needs and candidate’s availability.
