PUB targets to reduce our carbon emission to support the public sector’s target of achieving net zero emission around 2045. One of the key strategies to the increase renewable energy production through the deployment of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on our land installations and in our reservoirs. In land-scare Singapore, our vast reservoir surfaces have great potential to hardness renewable energy, allowing reservoirs to serve as both water catchment and storge, as well as for clean electricity generation.
