The Community Partnership and Communications Group works closely with our internal stakeholders, media, and community stakeholders to foster trust and confidence in the Home Team (HT) and garner support for our work in keeping Singapore safe and secure through effective comms and digital-first engagement strategies.
The Community Partnership & Volunteer Management (CPVM) Directorate aims to rally the community towards taking greater ownership of safety and security of Singapore. We aim to do this through three pillars of work - growing our pool of volunteers across 12 HT volunteer schemes, strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders; and developing a culture of community partnerships and collaboration within the HT.
You will be part of the team to plan and execute public comms efforts to increase the profile of Home Team community and volunteer initiatives. You will also work closely with HT Departments on their volunteer management plans to attract, engage and recognise volunteers.
