What you will be working on
• Managing secondment, structured job rotation programmes and posting administration to support officers’ career development and growth.
• Coordinating the nomination of officers for stretch assignments and projects to broaden exposure
• Supporting the implementation of career coaching initiatives, including related resources, to facilitate employee development.
• Supporting talent development initiatives for officers on the specialist track and recommending improvements where appropriate.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with relevant working experience preferred.
- Good writing, communication and thinking skills
- Able to work effectively within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff
- Able to work well independently and in a team
