As a Lead Manager/ Assistant Director in the Human Resource (HR) Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be a trusted HR communications partner, providing strategic leadership and coordinated oversight to two teams of HR officers to meet the HR information needs of MOE employees.

What you will be working on
• Champion service excellence by developing proactive communication strategies and ensuring MOE employees obtain accurate, clear and timely answers through MOE’s HR Contact Centre
• Oversee the generation of data-driven insights through analysis and management reporting of HR enquiries and feedback, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence HR policy development and strategic decisions
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to lead transformative initiatives that leverage technology and innovation to meet evolving organisational needs while balancing immediate service delivery with long-term strategic planning
• Provide strategic stewardship of HR contact systems and processes to streamline operations and enable higher-value work
• Build team capability by coaching staff to deliver excellent service, and embrace a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with stakeholders across Centres/Divisions to navigate competing priorities in the development and communication of HR policies and initiatives
What we are looking for
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in a customer or quality service-related position
• Experience in HR management and Service Centre operations would be an advantage
• Strong planning, conceptualisation and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
• Keen interest in leveraging new technologies and an innovative mindset with a dare-to-do attitude to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• Effective leader and collaborator with strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Personable with a strong commitment to service excellence
