What you will be working on
• Collaborate with various key stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop curriculum / appropriate learning interventions that are aligned to MOM’s business needs and competency frameworks
• Design and develop curriculum and training roadmaps, including digital learning content.
• Curate, design and implement learning contents, and where necessary, translate these into simple bite-sized learning materials such as infographics, short videos, articles, toolkits
• Conduct regular review of the relevancy of training materials/ curriculums
• Review feedback from learners and external stakeholders on the impact and effectiveness of learning and make suitable recommendations for improvement
• Manage the execution of key milestone training programmes based on adult learning pedagogies and utilize various instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and promote effective knowledge transfer
• Perform horizon scanning to identify appropriate training vendors and/or learning resources that would help achieve the intended learning outcomes
What we are looking for
• At least 3 -5 years of working experience in learning & development or related field
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in programme management and project delivery
• Strong background in stakeholder management and working across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with competency-based leaning and development framework
