Corporate Business Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Business Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with the corporate stakeholders from the Finance, Procurement and Asset Management domain as well as project managers to play the bridging role between business and technology to ensure the smooth running of projects to enhance corporate workflows. The key responsibilities of the Corporate Business Analyst are: 1. Collaborate with business domain owners to identify challenges and areas for improvement in the ERP system. 2. Analyze existing corporate service workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization. 3. Design and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation. 4. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and vendors 5. Play the Biz-Tech bridging role to work with technical experts to implement system changes and enhancements. 6. System administration and upkeep tasks to ensure seamless ERP system operation, including user access management and coordinating remedial actions to resolve system errors, serving as a bridging role between business and technology (biz-tech) functions. 7. Provide ongoing training and support to stakeholders to ensure they are equipped to leverage the latest enhancements to the ERP system.

1. Bachelor's degree in one of the following relevant fields or equivalent competencies: a. Accounting or Finance or similar degrees such as Accounting & Information Systems (Minor with Systems b. Information System or Business Information System or Management Information System c. Business Analytics or similar degrees d. Operations Management or Supply Chain Management 2. Practical experience of a specific corporate business domain, such as Financial Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Supply Chain and Logistics, or Asset Management, is a significant advantage, with a strong understanding of the associated business processes, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. 3. Experience in leveraging technology to drive digital transformation and process optimization is highly desirable. 4. Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage. 5. Experience with RPA or other automation technologies is an advantage. 6. Ability to think strategically and align the user requirements and designs with business objectives. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills. 8. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. 9. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and end-users, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. 10.
