What you will be working on
Key duties include:
• Maintaining and enhancing the entire information management systems and repository, as well as records management processes, to ensure the availability of accurate information for authorised users
• Developing and implementing information management strategies, policies and measures to ensure the preservation and confidentiality of information in the systems and repository
• Partnering various stakeholders to leverage AI, data analytics and other ICT tools and services to improve information management and records management processes, repositories and systems for optimal efficiency
• Enabling authorised users to access required information effectively
What we are looking for
• Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Experience with and/or knowledge of IM4L (Instruction Manual on Management of Public Records) or related industry standards such as ISO 15489 (Records Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) or ISO 30301 (Management Systems for Records) would be advantageous
• Experience in developing information management systems and software, including automation and process design, would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in a team
