[LTA_P&C] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, PROCUREMENT
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of the team to support LTA’s procurement activities across a wide spectrum of goods and services including Civil Construction, Electrical & Mechanical and Information and Communication Technology systems and services.
You will administer the tender process on the government procurement platform (GeBIZ) from Tender calling to Contract award, coordinate and manage tender-related activities. You are also required to facilitate communication between internal divisions, external tenderers and other stakeholders throughout the procurement process. In addition, you shall provide support and advice to business users on procurement procedures to ensure compliance with government procurement rules and best practices.

Strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience and/or knowledge in procurement would be an advantage
