What you will be working on

• Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and requests across the organisation to ensure learning programmes address actual needs and development requirements. • Assist in developing learning programmes that align with organisational objectives and employee development goals, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and accessible to diverse learning styles and experience levels. • Coordinate the delivery of workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules by working closely with internal and external facilitators to ensure seamless execution of training sessions. • Manage training logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, participant communications, and equipment setup to ensure smooth programme delivery. • Follow up on post registration administrative work such as, but not limited to, informing participants of the registration outcomes, updating of internal records of participants • Provide event management support during training events including seeking budget approvals, coordination and set up of training venues, coordination of attendance and post event updating of training records • Coordinating and tracking of deadlines for nominations • Implement feedback mechanisms to assess programme effectiveness, analyse participant satisfaction and learning outcomes, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for enhancement. • Maintain accurate training records and databases to track employee participation, progress, and completion rates for compliance and reporting purposes. • Support the development of digital learning resources and explore innovative training methodologies to enhance the organisation's learning capabilities. • Support research industry best practices, assist in the creation of learning materials, and contribute to the organisation's learning management system administration and content updates.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree • At least one year relevant experience in learning and development, training coordination, or related area • Strong project management and organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
