Assistant Director (NS Administration & Engagement)

You oversee the National Service (NS) human resource management, administration and engagement matters, ensuring effective policy execution and positive NSmen experiences across units.

- Provide oversight of NS human resource administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness and service quality - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in supporting NS training-related administrative processes - Manage and analyse feedback from various channels with timely resolution of cases - Advise commanders and stakeholders on NS related policies and administrative matters - Support engagement initiatives to strengthen confidence in NS systems and processes Challenge(s) - Operating in a dynamic NS environment with evolving expectations and diverse stakeholder needs - Managing complex cases that span multiple functional areas while ensuring timely outcomes

- Education in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or a related field - At least 6 years of experience in HR management, administration or related work is advantageous. - Relevant leadership or operational experience is preferred - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently in complex environments while managing multiple priorities - Leadership capability with a service oriented mindset - Willingness to be involved in engagement activities beyond typical office settings Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
