What the role is

You are responsible for managing all National Service (NS) related matters for the Brigade, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure NSmen's positive experience through timely and effective resolution of their human resource and administrative issues.

What you will be working on

- Maintain up-to-date staffing and manning by working with active units generating Operationally Ready National Service (ORNS) units - Serve as the point of contact to liaise with NS Corporate Service Office/Team and relevant agencies across functional areas - Coordinate training workplan management with training institutes, unit Key Appointment Holders (KAHs), Brigade Headquarters, NS training units and medical centres, whilst tracking Make-Up Training and Follow-Up Actions - Assist in performance appraisal management for the Brigade's appraisal boards, working with HR stakeholders to ensure high-performing personnel are recognised, promoted and tracked for succession planning - Support activity management for Brigade and sub-unit cohesion-building efforts, ceremonies and National Education (NE) programmes, including budget management, material preparation and administrative coordination Challenge(s) - Managing priorities as the singular point of contact while coordinating multiple complex stakeholder relationships - Ensuring timely and accurate facilitation of NS administration and training processes across diverse functional areas

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource Management or a related field - At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resource administration or personnel management is preferred - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and demands effectively - Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple agencies - Proficiency in administrative processes and case management - Good communication and interpersonal skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
