What you will be working on
- Facilitate the establishment and renewal of contracts across diverse medical domains
- Manage the governance of contracts to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Monitor the performance and utilisation of contracts to optimise value and effectiveness
- Manage the appointment and competencies of contract appointment holders
- Monitor and administer qualification tests, currency knowledge assessments, and training programmes for contract appointment holders
- Endorse contract-related documentation and renewal plans within delegated authority
- Make recommendations to Army Medical on procurement strategies, contract streamlining, and governance improvements
Challenge(s)
- Balancing diverse stakeholder needs while streamlining medical equipment inventory and managing contracts across varied domains
- Ensuring governance and compliance amidst dynamic operational demands, multi-stakeholder involvement and evolving audit requirements
What we are looking for
- Education in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance or fund management
- Prior experience and knowledge in finance or contract management is preferred
- Good knowledge in finance management, including planning for funding support and overseeing payment performance during contract execution
- Excellent writing and analytical skills for reporting and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
