Target Analyst

You play a critical role in SID’s mission to protect and advance Singapore’s national interests by conducting target research and providing deep insights into targets. You will investigate and analyse leads, develop intelligence to support operations and drive the delivery of quality information for SID to achieve its mission.

• Deconstruct intelligence requirements to drive SID’s operations • Conduct investigations and network analysis to support and drive operations • Synthesise, assess and deliver information from various sources, to provide early-warning and strategic support to Singapore’s policy makers If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: • Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team • Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind • Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas • Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders • Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain • Opportunities to hone your investigative and analytical skills to deal with large volumes of information from varied sources in a dynamic environment • Deep expertise in analysing entities of interest to identify threats and opportunities for operations • Experience in picking up early-warning indicators and supporting decision-making of policy makers • Mastery of target analysis tradecraft • Mastery of a foreign language
