Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, research, create and edit photo and video content for SGPublicService social media channels (1-2 posts weekly), including conceptualising visual storytelling approaches and maintaining consistent brand style.
- Adapt content into multiple aspect ratios for different social media platforms.
- Track social media analytics and engagement metrics for photo/video content, providing insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement
Outreach & Managing of Profiles
- Conduct research to identify and source suitable public officer profiles and stories for social media features
- Coordinate with officers and agencies to gather background information, arrange pre-interviews with agencies and support story development for social media content
Event Coverage & Documentation
- Provide comprehensive event coverage through photography and/or videography for whole-of-government events, including pre-event planning, on-site shooting, post-event editing and delivering edited content within quick turnaround times.
- Organise and maintain a systematic digital archive of photos and videos, including proper file naming, and folder structuring to ensure easy retrieval of content for future use.
Equipment Management
- Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment
- Ensure proper storage and handling protocols.

What we are looking for
Competencies Required
- Well-versed in online and social media trends
- Experience in filming (photography, videography, lighting, sound)
- Proficient in post-production (photo and video editing, audio mixing), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects), CapCut, Canva and GenAI
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholders effectively
