What you will be working on

You will be part of a dynamic team providing human resource (HR) services to the Judiciary comprising the Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts. Responsibilities: • Support recruitment & selection processby managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, facilitating interviews, selecting candidates and following up on related administrative matters • Developing and implementing strategies to attract talent and developing their career in the Judiciary through internal and external postings • Supporting the building of an employee-centric workplace through employee engagement to elevate employees’ morale, creating awareness of growth opportunities, and promoting diversity and inclusiveness • Helping to facilitate the selection and onboarding of employees • Reviewing and assessing HR processes and initiating relevant changes and process improvements • Providing HR policy advice to staff • Manage and administer Staff Welfare initiatives for the whole of Judiciary • Any other HR duties as assigned

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience • Familiarity with HR policies, practices and HRP in the Public Serviceis an advantage. • Ability to make sound judgements, and to anticipate as well as resolve issues • Ability to engage and work effectively with stakeholders • Ability to engage and support staff with care and empathy • Strong desire to continuously learn and grow professionally, with a drive to seek constant improvements • Must be IT-savvy Note: The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
